Digital Photo Frame Support

  • 1. Press and hold the Menu button to turn the photo frame on.
  • 2. The photo frame will come with about 3 sample pictures already on the frame. The buttons on the back are very easy to use, pressing the up and down buttons brings up the next or previous photo. The menu button is where you will have access to all the features of the frame.
  • 3. When you connect the photo frame to the computer, select 'USB Update' to store photos on the frame or 'USB Charge' to charge the frame.
  • 4. To transfer photos onto the frame, you must install the software. Click on your Operating System for instructions on completing this.

 

Connect the photo frame to the computer and insert the CD ROM. Next click on 'My Computer' and then your optical drive letter (normally D). This will bring up the installation files. First, double click on the folder called 'new driver'. When in this folder click on 'setup' and follow the instructions. Next, go back to the CD Directory (By clicking back) and click on 'PhotoViewer v2.3 Setup' and follow the instructions. This will create a shortcut on the desktop for the software.

  • 1. Double click on the software shortcut on the desktop. The software should be fairly easy to use, just select your photo in the left hand pane and crop it below in the preview window. When your finished cropping, click the arrow pointing to the right and copy it to the photo frame. REMEMBER TO CLICK SYNCHRONISE AT THE TOP RIGHT BEFORE DISCONNECTING!
  • 2. That's it! Your photos are now on the frame!

Now click on 'Start>My Computer' and then your optical driver letter (where the CD is, normally D). Double click on 'PhotoViewer V2.3 Setup' and follow the instructions. This will create a shortcut on the desktop for the software. Right click on this icon, and select . 'Properties'. Then select the 'Compatibility' tab. Check the 'Run this program in compatibility mode for:' check box and select 'Windows XP' from the drop down list. Finish by closing the window by clicking 'Apply' and then 'OK'.
