Selected items throughout our web store can be returned within 14 days for a no-questions asked refund or exchange. To qualify, just send the item back to us within 14 days in an unused condition, complete with all accessories and packaging. Postage & Packaging Costs

All return postage and packaging costs will be the responsibility of the buyer, and will not be refunded by Component Warehouse. Additionally, we cannot refund the original postage & packaging costs, and refunds given are for the original cost of the item only.

Item Condition

All items returned must be in an unused condition, complete with all accessories and packaging. A copy of the packing note or invoice will also help speed up your refund or exchange. If the item is not in an unused or satisfactory condition, Component Warehouse reserves the right not to refund the customer, and items will be returned to the purchaser.

Refunds & Exchanges

If you opt for a refund, this must be made via the same payment method as the original purchase, and will be refunded to this account only. We cannot refund alternative PayPal accounts or send money through an alternative method. If you have opted for an exchange, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of the item, which can be used on any item in the Component Warehouse store. Refunds and exchanges are normally processed within 48 working hours of receiving the item.
