Payment Methods
At Component Warehouse we accept Visa/Mastercard as well as PayPal and Google Checkout methods of payment. As well as the security used by these payment services we ourselves have a 256 bit SSL certificate that ensures your personal data is encrypted from your machine to ours. Neither PayPal or Google will let us see your credit or debit card information, therefore meaning that all your payment data is kept on their servers.
Can I pay by phone?
Of course! We accept Visa & Mastercard on our website if you do not have a PayPal or Google checkout account, or alternatively you are welcome to pay via phone using either a Visa or Mastercard. To do this, simply select the Phone Payment / Phone me back option at checkout and one of our representatives will contact you regarding your payment. If you have any questions about our payment methods please do not hesitate to contact us.
Your privacy
At Component Warehouse we do not store credit or debit card details nor do we share any customer details with any third parties.
What is SSL?
SSL stands for Secure Socket Layer, and is the best way of encrypting data over the internet. Data from your computer is encrypted in a way that only our server can understand, and data sent from our server to your machine is encrypted in a way that only your computer can decode. Currently, the highest level of security available on the internet is 256 bits, which is the level our website uses.
Currency Conversions
Component Warehouse is based in the UK, and will therefore complete all transactions in GBP (£). We do provide € (EUR) and US$ (USD) prices for your convenience on our website. However, when using these, please remember that these are provided for guidance only and the final payment will be made in GBP at the current exchange rate.
