Pre-ordering your item

When you pre-order an item we will despatch your item as soon as we receive a new delivery of the item requested. If you have pre-ordered an item we will do our best to arrange a delivery quicker than usual, so that you receive the goods you want in a reasonable time frame.

How long does it take?

Although we cannot give an accurate or definite time frame for all items, most out of stock items are delivered to the customer within 14 days. If we think that your order will take longer than this length of time we will contact you offering you options to cancel or choose alternative products. Usually we can request a delivery estimate from the manufacturer before ordering, and if you would like us to do this please do not hesitate to contact us. We will reply to your enquiry within 24 hours with a delivery estimate.

When do you take payment?

With all pre-order items, we will not take payment until the day your item is ready for despatch. This means that you will not be charged for the item until your order is ready and we are sure we can get it to you the very next day. If you have any questions about this policy please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to answer your questions.

What if the price changes?

Sometimes, if a product has not been in stock for a long time, there will be a price difference from our website. Although we are able to cover this difference for small amounts, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to deliver your product for the price you paid. If this happens you will be notified by a member of our team before we take any money from your account, and give you options to cancel or choose alternative products.
