Delivery Information
Our Services...
For your convenience we currently offer three delivery services. Below are the details of these services:
Next Day Service
Our express service is ideal for any urgent orders. Providing we receive your order before 4PM (UK time) we will send your order out the very same day (Monday to Friday*). You can then expect your order to be delivered by one of our couriers the next day. If you place your order after 4PM we will send out your item the following working day. For these orders we will use either City Link, TNT or Interlink to deliver your items.
Economy Service
Our economy service provides a cheap & fast way to have your order delivered. We will send your order out within 2 - 4 working days, depending on when your order is placed. These orders will be sent via either Royal Mail First Class Recorded Signed For for smaller items or one of our approved couriers on a 48 hour service for larger orders.
Saver Service
This provides the best value service with items despatched within 4-6 working days via Royal Mail. Larger items are sent via one of our approved couriers.
Free Delivery
We now offer free delivery on all orders over £30. This service is the most cost effective way of delivering your items and offers a delivery time of approximately 7 working days. These items are usually sent out via Royal Mail Second Class, or for larger items one of our approved couriers will be used.
*Exclusions to our Monday to Friday guarantee include national holidays and exceptional weather conditions.
Surcharges
Please note that on some larger items a surcharge maybe incurred. These are generally only applicable to certain postcode areas, such as BT postcodes. If there is to be a surcharge you will receive a phone call (or email if no phone number is present) from one of our representatives before any money is taken.
Delays
While we make every effort to deliver your items on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays within the Royal Mail network. Please note that we are unable to accept any claims for undelivered items before 15 working days have passed from our despatch date. This is a requirement by Royal Mail and is outside of our control.
